time is valuable…
prep and precision for the win.
Enough about me. More about…me
When I’m not making movies at work, we’re making epic movies at home just for fun…Our family adventures usually involve aviation.
A graduate of USC School of Cinema-Television, Eric started his career shooting short films and broke onto the scene with what is often considered the first viral short film - "George Lucas in Love."
He shot Reebok's "Terry Tate Office Linebacker" which won a Cannes Lion and is consistently ranked in the Top 10 Super Bowl commercials of all time. His Dove "Calls for Dad" spot was also recognized as a top Super Bowl spot along with being a huge viral success. Eric recently won a NY Festivals WorldMedal for his cinematography on The Walking Dead "Shadows" and he shot the recent two time Emmy Award Winning Training series for AMC's Better Call Saul and the L.A. unit of Amazon’s Emmy nominated The Boys.
“There’s nothing better than being on set in perfect creative sync and rhythm with a director. Working with other artists in true collaboration to support the story is a rewarding process of discovery. But it doesn’t always go as planned.
We’ve all had those days…when an unforecast storm washes away 4 hours of your day exterior and you still have 3 pages to shoot. Or when the location you meticulously prepped falls through 18 hours before crew call. The shit hits the fan.
Bringing new creative ideas to the table and listening to the ideas of others always illuminates a solution. Don’t worry, we’ll get it done together. We always do. And it’ll look awesome. I got you.”
